Community Energy Support Scheme

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council has now launched its Community Energy Support Scheme.

Through the new scheme Rotherham residents can:

Save significantly through support in switching energy supplier. On average last year, UK residents found they wasted on average £150 by overpaying for energy bills when they could have switched supplier.

Receive support in understanding their gas/electric bills.

Get help in applying for energy support payments/home improvement grants such the Governments new Green Homes Grant scheme
